Clinical Trial Audits

• The Clinical Trials Finance team is conducting internal financial audits for ongoing clinical trial studies.
• The audit will consist of reviewing revenue received against contractual agreements to find discrepancies for fund recovery.
• Audits provide clinical trials financial and compliance training as well as other developmental opportunities to the departments.
• The Clinical Trials Financial team will be reaching out to departments to start the process.

Audit Request Form

• Please use the "Audit Request Form" link above to fill out a Qualtrics form with the details of the clinical trial study that needs to be audited.
• Each trial should have its own Qualtrics form submitted.
• The form will be sent to CTFinance@arizona.edu, and you will be contacted to start the process.
